This game is great for the IWB. Students need to find the uppercase version of each of the letters. (Suitable for P+)

Matching small letters with their capital partners. Good for the interactive whiteboard.
Prefixes and Suffixes
This is a word creating game. Students are provided with a base word. They need to use suffixes and prefixes to create a word that makes sense. (Suitable for grade 3+)
Spelling activity
Match each part of a word with its missing letters. Looks at initial sounds etc. This game is levelled and is suitable for years P-7.
Proofreading
This interactive activity focusses on proofreading different genres of writing. Students need to identify the mistakes and correct them. The activities are levelled and are suitable for Grades 1-7.

Although this website is American it focusses on teaching initial letter sounds and common letter sounds. Students are presented with a word and they find the initial letter that matches the picture. This website contains loads of interactive stories focussing on particular letter sounds. (Suitable for P+)
Understanding the Newspaper
This activity teaches students about the various parts of a newspaper including heading, biline, picture, introductory paragraph etc.
Wacky Tales
Students enter words matching the required part of speech. This is then turned into a wacky story.
